As the Principle of Monarch Property Group, I have mastered the craft of Customer Service. Through over twenty years of one-on-one luxury client services, I apply the same level and care to my Real Estate Journey. I have always been driven by the sheer act of helping others and doing the right thing ALWAYS!

Becoming a Real Estate Agent/Property Manager over the last 8 years, I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in the fields of real estate law, home construction, lease preparation, rental rate pricing, lease preparation, and  developing best practices for home maintenance as well as a standard of how to prepare a property for the rental market.

My candid approach, quick response, flawless customer service point of view, and excellent follow through skills propelled me to obtain my Broker’s license and thus I began this new chapter  creating “Monarch Property Group, LLC” a Full Service Property Management Company.
