Allow our full-service Property Management Group to procure a tenant and manage daily activities as needed, including collecting rent. Thorough background screenings are conducted on each prospective tenant, at the tenants expense (Credit/criminal and verify income) We work with Seasonal/Short Term Rentals; leases are drawn up via our attorney and the  attorney is also available for legal matters in the unfortunate event of an eviction, if necessary.
